So, you’re curious about wedding cakes, huh? Well, buckle up, buttercup, because we’re about to embark on a delicious journey through the land of frosting and fondant! (Warning: May cause spontaneous cravings and a sudden urge to wear a wedding dress just for the cake.)
How To Order Your Wedding Cake
Step 1: Cake Tasting Box & Customizable Flavor Options
-Order Your Cake Tasting Box: The first step in creating your dream wedding cake is to try our delicious options!
We offer Cake Tasting Boxes, which you can order to taste four different, customizable cake flavors. This gives you a chance to experience the variety and quality of our cakes from the comfort of your home or during a scheduled pickup.
Step 2: Submit Your Cake Details
Submit Your Cake Details: Once you’ve decided on your favorite flavors, it’s time to officially start the booking process! Complete our Order Inquiry Form to give us important details about your wedding.
- Let us know when and where your celebration will take place.
- Include any design ideas, preferred cake styles, colors, and themes you'd like us to incorporate.
- Share your estimated guest count to help us determine the size and servings for your cake.
- If you have any special dietary needs or custom design requests (e.g., cake toppers, special flavors), let us know!
Step 3: Cake Proposal & Pricing
Receive a Personalized Quote: After receiving the details we’ll send you a proposal with a detailed breakdown of your cake design, flavors, and cost.
Revisions & Adjustments: If needed, we’ll make adjustments to ensure your cake is perfect and fits within your budget.
Step 4: Secure Your Booking
Sign a Contract: Once you're happy with the proposal, we’ll send over a invoice via Square with all the final details, including the design, pricing, and delivery information.
Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to secure your wedding date and cake order. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your cake.
Step 5: Final Details
Confirm Final Design & Flavor Choices: A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll finalize all details, including design, flavor, and guest count.
Cake Delivery or Pickup: On the big day, we’ll deliver and set up your cake at your venue, or you can arrange for pickup, if preferred.
Please note: Pickup is always free and can be arranged Weds-Friday 10am-5pm or Saturday, Sunday 9am-4pm.
Delivery is a $60.00 Flat fee plus $2.50 a mile
